Our jewelry is made to order. Please confirm your design, metal, stone and size before approving production. Returns, cancellations and any applicable making charges are confirmed in writing with your quotation before production begins. Contact us before sending an item back.

Lifetime warranty

All items, including bespoke rings, include a lifetime warranty. Custom inspired pieces are excluded. Contact our team with your order details and photographs so we can assess your request and confirm the applicable service.

Your written order confirmation will set out the warranty coverage, exclusions and repair process for your piece. Ask us for these details before approving your order.
